Sale of parcel 0530007600: Motion by Supervisor Quinn; second by Supervisor Tatum. Sale price $7,350 to TY Investments LLC. Auction agent Daniel Wickham confirmed bidders were told the parcel is landlocked and accessible only by water. Vote: unanimous roll call.
Alert system (Option A): Motion by Supervisor Meredith; second by Supervisor Quinn. Motion included county attorney review of the vendor contract, negotiation of an MOU with the school division, and that the vendor's one-year contract term begin on vendor activation. Funding for initial implementation to come from budget stabilization/reserve; recurring costs to be incorporated into the next operating budget. Vote: unanimous roll call.
