The motion was made by Christenson, seconded by Williams, and approved unanimously.
The minutes do not include estimated sale values or timing for the auction. The city clerk and relevant departments will prepare the listings, coordinate the auction with Purple Wave, and transfer proceeds to the municipal equipment fund according to city fiscal procedures.
