Corie said she will compile findings and share them with the Select Board; the minutes note that building permits must still be obtained and a building inspector will ensure safety compliance.
Corie also reported on a proposed King Road commercial development (industrial rental garages by Luke Stevens), a conceptual TDS subdivision at Main Street and Route 4, and a proposed home‑occupation daycare at 39 Hilliard Road. The board encouraged internal deliberation before consulting attorneys and requested a possible workshop before August to address planning questions.
