Madison awards demolition contracts for three properties to Leiser Excavating

Clerk Alice Grimm presented the sealed bids. For 514 S.W. Blvd Leiser bid $5,400.00 (versus a combined Knobloch bid of $10,000), for 423 S. 3rd Leiser bid $5,100.00 (Knobloch $7,000 total), and for 401 N. 5th Leiser's bid was $11,750.00 (Knobloch's combined figures totaled $16,000). Daryl May made motions to approve Leiser's bids and motions carried 4-0 on each award.
