The council also approved purchase of a Lumiso Pool Test 6 for $1,692.40 (motion by Allen Hisken, second Bryan Nolan; vote 5-0), renewed the KGS franchise agreement for 20 years at the same 5% rate (motion by Dennis McGinnis, second Craig Joy; vote 5-0), authorized staff to pursue a UTV purchase agreement not to exceed $32,000 (motion by Dennis McGinnis, second Bryan Nolan; vote 5-0) and adjourned the meeting (motion by Dennis McGinnis, second Dave Armstrong).
