Belle Plaine council funds batting-cage overage and authorizes dirt for Morley Field

Councilor Bryan Nolan moved to pay the Rec Commission $1,111 to cover the batting-cage overage and to authorize $4,500 for six loads of dirt from Moore Excavating for Morley Field. Both motions were seconded and passed unanimously by Armstrong, Hisken, McGinnis, Nolan and Joy.
