Belle Plaine council removes Rachelle Moore from city bank accounts, keeps five signers

Dave Armstrong moved that "remove Rachelle Moore from all city accounts with Valley State Bank and for Greg Harlan, Bryan Nolan, Stephanie McGinnis, Brianna Hernandez and Joi Lawless to remain as signers." The motion passed on a 3–1 vote; Councilmember Bryan Nolan was recorded as voting nay.
Council did not attach additional conditions or a timeline for updating bank records in the minutes; the clerk’s office will carry out the administrative steps required by the bank.
