Staff present job-description revisions ahead of school year

Chelsea, a district staff member, presented a first reading of revised job descriptions and said supervisors had updated language to align roles with current practice. "Our supervisors have done a good job of taking the of what our job descriptions look like and just make sure that they're aligned with the jobs as they are now," Chelsea said, adding that much of the work focuses on qualifications and essential duties.
The revisions were described as a "cleaning house" effort to prepare for the upcoming school year. Board members praised the effort and had no substantive objections during the first read; the item remained for further review as part of the district's normal update cycle.
