Commissioners approve paving agreements, Fleck addendum and two INDOT unofficial detours

The board approved an addendum with Fleck Consulting for on-call services related to the Community Crossings grant. The commissioners also reviewed and approved an INDOT letter of understanding establishing two unofficial detours for 2025—Mt. Tabor–Dog Trot and Highway 160 near South Boston.
