Secretary Catherine Souza presented several administrative items at the July 7 meeting. The board approved the purchase of McAfee antivirus at $40 for the first year with a renewal cost of $120 per year. Souza also reported she shared the Year Two Hazard Mitigation Plan with the Road Agent and Emergency Management Director and expects a report for the Aug. 2 meeting.
Souza noted the Select Board office would be closed July 15 and July 20 and that meeting preparation for July 21 would occur on July 20 or the morning of July 21. She said she would research the future cost of disconnecting the town website from the current host and bring estimates for the 2027 budget. The board approved the Town House use on July 8 for a Jarvis family memorial event.
