Buckland & Associates submitted a $6,700 quote to perform a re-appraisal of the courthouse for commercial insurance purposes. Commissioner Todd Ewen moved to accept the quote; Commissioner Rick Roberts seconded and the motion passed.
Malcon, which has prepared prior county cost allocations, proposed a $10,500 fee to prepare the countywide IV-D cost allocation plans for 2024–2026. Commissioners voted to accept the proposal. At the Nov. 19 meeting, Knapp, Miller, Brown (represented by Zack Richards) provided a health clinics renewal letter noting a 3.2% fee increase, raising the per-member monthly fee from $88.66 to $91.50.
