County approves courthouse re-appraisal and cost-allocation contract; health clinic fee to rise 3.2%

Malcon, which has prepared prior county cost allocations, proposed a $10,500 fee to prepare the countywide IV-D cost allocation plans for 2024–2026. Commissioners voted to accept the proposal. At the Nov. 19 meeting, Knapp, Miller, Brown (represented by Zack Richards) provided a health clinics renewal letter noting a 3.2% fee increase, raising the per-member monthly fee from $88.66 to $91.50.
