Councilmember Williams moved and Schroedle seconded approval of Resolution 25-1092, "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE PUBLIC OFFICER THAT CERTAIN STRUCTURES WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF BAXTER SPRINGS, KANSAS ARE DANGEROUS, UNSAFE, OR UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION." The motion passed unanimously. A public hearing was scheduled for May 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall to consider next steps.
