Clerk secures board approval to implement new election software; county council to fund 2027 subscription

Amy asked the board to approve a 2026 purchase agreement and to forward a 2027 funding request to county council. "As soon as if you would approve this today and then the council approves the money to move at the end of the month, we would start implementing immediately," she said. Commissioners approved the 2026 agreement and also approved executing the 2027 agreement contingent on council funding.
