Carson Sheriff's captain reports MET team response and invites residents to Community Night Out

On behavioral-health response, he explained the MET (Mobile Evaluation Team) protocol: when a person meets criteria of danger to self or others, law enforcement can request mental-health evaluation and custody if statutory criteria are met.
