The board discussed treating paving as a long-term (approximately 10-year) capital project and returning to details as that time nears. Gordon said he was scheduled to meet with a representative on July 14 about a new daycare site's parking-lot footings and estimated the footings, crushed concrete and leveling would run roughly $7,000; he expected more exact costs after that meeting.
