On Feb. 4 the council voted to remove Craig Divoll as an authorized signer on the DARE account at Valley State Bank and to retain Bill Berry while adding City Clerk Stephanie McGinnis.
Dave Armstrong moved to remove Craig Divoll and to leave Bill Berry and add Stephanie McGinnis as signers; Craig Joy seconded the motion. Armstrong, Hisken, McGinnis and Joy voted yea and the motion carried.
The minutes list no further conditions or delegation of signing limits in the record; the clerk is now authorized as a signer per the motion.
