During agenda review Chair Tim Morton reported that the application for rezoning at 149 Flamingo Road was discovered to be unnecessary because the property already has residential zoning. He said staff informed the applicants, including named contacts, that they can build by right and no rezoning action is required.
"That was discovered to already be residential zoned, so they don't need the rezoning," Chair Tim Morton stated. The commission confirmed the item was removed from the agenda and proceeded to the next business items.
