The planning commission approved the final plat for Greyhawk at Prairie Gardens Phase 6, a roughly 10‑acre parcel on the south portion of the Greyhawk subdivision that will contain 35 single‑family homes and be accessed by an extension of Craig Street.
City planner Alex Van Dyck (speaker 7) described the parcel and the only substantive change from prior plans: Craig Street will be constructed as a through street to allow future connections rather than ending in a cul‑de‑sac. Van Dyck said no floodplain is located on this phase and staff recommended approval of the final plat. A commissioner moved, another seconded, and the commission approved the final plat.
The approved phase continues an earlier multi‑phase development for Greyhawk that the commission and city council previously reviewed; staff noted this phase required no change to the existing final development plan aside from the street termination detail.
