Van Dyck said no floodplain is located on this phase and staff recommended approval of the final plat. A commissioner moved, another seconded, and the commission approved the final plat.
The approved phase continues an earlier multi‑phase development for Greyhawk that the commission and city council previously reviewed; staff noted this phase required no change to the existing final development plan aside from the street termination detail.
