Select Board votes to waive Academy Building rent for senior center until town meeting

The amendment (temporary waiver through the next town meeting) passed by voice vote and the board then approved the original motion as amended. The board directed staff to present the ongoing option to voters at town meeting for a decision on continuing the rent waiver beyond the current fiscal year.
