The Wylie Historic Review Commission opened its meeting, took nominations for leadership and approved both the chair and vice chair positions by unanimous 6-0 votes. After the internal votes the commission approved the minutes from its March 26, 2026 regular meeting as written.
Commissioner (speaker 3) moved to approve the minutes and Jason Haskins, the staff liaison, seconded the motion. The chair announced the tally as "6 to 0." The commission then proceeded from procedural business into an orientation and two work sessions on a draft historic design guideline.
