Commission approves field‑use contract for 386 Elite youth baseball with edits

The commission moved to approve the contract conditioned on those changes; staff and Joyous agreed to revise the document and circulate the updated version to staff for signature. The contract start date in the draft was June 1 and Joyous said the club is ready to begin operations under the edited agreement.
