Board approves Raztech firewall installation and waives fee for Big J’s Pink Ladies event

During new business, the board approved installation of a commercial-grade firewall purchased from Raztech to support the Party in the Park event. The motion to approve the firewall purchase was made by Kelly O’Gorman and seconded by Amber Bailey-Froke; the roll call was unanimous.
Separately, the board reviewed and approved a Special Event License and a one-day malt beverage license for Big J’s Pink Ladies for Sept. 14, 2024 and waived the fee. The motion to approve the licenses and waive the fee was made by Julian Gambs and seconded by Kelly O’Gorman; roll call recorded all ayes. The minutes note the can trailer will no longer be utilized and the board approved selling the trailer on a separate unanimous motion.
