Humboldt planning board approves agenda and minutes, sets Dec. 22 hearings and adjourns

The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened on Nov. 24 at 6:02 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting and recorded roll call; board members present were Froke, Mike Lias, Kristi Gambs and Brad Gibbens; Mike Noonan was absent. Kristie Ellis attended as Finance Officer.
The board approved the Nov. 24 agenda on a motion by Kristi Gambs, seconded by Mike Lias, and approved the minutes of the Oct. 27 meeting on a motion by Dave Froke, seconded by Brad Gibbens; both motions passed by roll call votes with all members present voting aye. The board had no open public discussion recorded and took up two public hearings and other business.
The board recorded that there were no building permits approved by the authorized agent at this meeting. Members set the next scheduled meeting for Dec. 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. With no further business, a motion by Chairman Froke, seconded by Brad Gibbens, to adjourn the meeting carried and the board adjourned at 6:24 p.m.
