The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened on May 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order and the board approved the meeting agenda on a unanimous roll call vote.
The board deferred approval of the April 28, 2025 minutes because they were not available and noted they would be reviewed at the next meeting. No members of the public spoke during open public discussion.
Under new business the board approved a building permit for Mammenga for a reroof on a motion by Froke, seconded by Mike Lias; roll call was unanimous and the motion carried. The board then approved a building permit for a new home at 404 S Benjamin on a motion by Lias, seconded by Kristi Gambs; the roll call showed Mike Noonan voting nay and all other members voting aye, and the motion carried.
The board set its next scheduled meeting for June 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center. With no further business, a motion by Lias, seconded by Brad Gibbens, carried on a unanimous roll call and the meeting was adjourned at 6:11 p.m.
