During the Nov. 24 meeting, the Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing on the annexation and replat of Tract 1, Jarding Addition to the City of Humboldt. Chairman Dave Froke moved to recommend approval of the annexation; Mike Lias seconded, and all members present voted aye.
Following the annexation recommendation, Chairman Froke moved and Kristi Gambs seconded a motion to recommend approval of the replat of Tract 1, Jarding Addition; that motion also passed with all members present voting aye.
