Chairman Dave Froke called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; Kristie Ellis recorded the minutes and attested to the meeting record. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for July 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center and adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
