The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board met at 6:01 p.m. on Feb. 23, 2026, at the Humboldt Community Center. Chairman Dave Froke presided and the board unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the minutes from the Dec. 22, 2025 meeting.
During new business the board approved three building-permit items: a new house at 407 S. Benjamin St. for Travis Siemonsma, a new house at 405 S. Benjamin St. for Josh Siemonsma, and permission for Verizon Wireless to add three antennas to the existing tower at 701 S. Ford St. Each motion carried on a roll-call vote with all members present voting aye. The board adjourned at 6:10 p.m. and scheduled its next regular meeting for March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center.
