The Humboldt Natural Gas Board opened its Dec. 16 meeting by adopting the agenda and approving the Nov. 18 meeting minutes; both motions were moved by President Sam Eastlick and seconded by Kristi Gambs and were recorded as carried by voice vote ('all ayes').
Later in the meeting Eastlick moved to approve all bills, financials and payroll; the motion was seconded by Gambs and the minutes record the motion carried. The board set the next regular meeting for Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center and listed '2025 Employee Goals' as an item for the next agenda.
