Selectmen re-appoint Joseph Cooper to Resource Recovery Board through 2031

At the July 21 meeting the Board of Selectmen approved the re-appointment of Joseph Cooper as an alternate member of the Resource Recovery Board for a term expiring Aug. 1, 2031. Selectman Kayla Burgess made the motion and Selectman Sherri Vogt seconded; the motion passed.
In speaking in support of the appointment, Selectman Sherri Vogt described Cooper as “a magnificent public servant” and said she hopes he can become a regular member of the board. The action amends the membership roster for the town’s Resource Recovery Board and was recorded in the meeting minutes.
