Director Wristen reviewed the Wyandotte Creek GSA's May 21 regular meeting. He said the GSA approved its fiscal year annual budget and adopted three resolutions: Resolution No. 2026‑02 (adopting the final Sustainable Groundwater Management Act fee study report), Resolution No. 2026‑03 (setting the 2026/27 SGMA fee and requesting the county collect the fee on the 2026/27 tax roll) and Resolution No. 2026‑04 (certifying to Butte County the validity of the legal process used to place direct assessments on the secured tax roll).
The board received the report for information; no district vote on the GSA resolutions was recorded in the minutes.
