Commissioner Teske read findings that referenced turbine flicker, potential effects on property values, concerns about trespass zoning and “MCA that support health safety and welfare.” The board discussed which of those findings to include in the draft resolution but did not adopt the resolution or take a final vote on it during the Nov. 25 session.
The board recessed for lunch at noon and resumed discussion at 1:00 p.m., continuing the review of the draft resolution.
