Treasurer Marilisa Camardi reported a balance of $11,842.41 in the commission's special account during the Nov. 17 meeting. She said the commission is still waiting on Merit to finalize paperwork related to closing the pool and that Director Adam Bunce still has outstanding softball bills to provide to her.
Camardi also noted the commission received $35 for pavilion use in October and that she plans to meet with the incoming treasurer to review procedures. No new budget appropriations were approved at the meeting.
