Utility staff report: regulator maintenance found no issues; one Humboldt service remains to install

Eugene ("Gene") Betz, listed in the minutes as city personnel and attesting as Gas Utility Manager, reported maintenance and service activity during the Nov. 18 Humboldt Natural Gas Board meeting. Betz said Terry Hanson from GTS performed regulator maintenance and "everything went well, there were no issues found" for the work performed.
Betz also reported that he and staff member Mike Beaner attended a sewer conference in Coleman hosted by SDARWS, and that Humboldt staff assisted Garretson with two new gas services. The minutes note one additional new gas service remains to be installed in Humboldt before the end of the year. These operational updates were provided as routine staff reporting; no capital projects, timeline adjustments or funding requests were recorded in the minutes.
