Chair Arthur and council members agreed the committee should assist the council, manager and residents on stormwater-related topics and that the council will "educate ourselves" about regulatory options before imposing new requirements. The motion to adopt was moved and seconded and carried on a voice vote. Council members said the committee's recommendations will be considered alongside a broader action plan and that future public forums and technical briefings will inform any code changes.
