"She is experienced with municipal bookkeeping ... so basically you go to the QuickBooks website. She's like a QuickBooks master," staff said in describing the consultant's qualifications.
Board members moved to approve the engagement and to finalize maximums with Nancy; the motion carried. Staff said the consultant may perform some work remotely and could refer auditors for third-party reviews if a future independent audit is required.
