Audit of initial drafts (internal)

During an internal audit comparing draft articles to transcript text we found the following issues and addressed them in the revised articles.

1) Inconsistent spellings: the Heritage appointment discussion used both "Carrie Silvernagel" and a reference to "Terry Silver Nagel" in the transcript. We flagged this as a spelling/identification issue and adjusted article copy to report the approved appointment while noting the discrepancy and requesting clerical confirmation.

2) Business name inconsistency: the applicants business appears in materials and discussion with variant spellings (transcript references include forms similar to "Frosteath Community" and neighbors letters mention "Frosty Breweries"). We did not normalize to an unstated correct name; instead the article quotes the applicants submitted name and notes the neighbors correspondence references.

3) Role attribution caution: several speakers spoke by function rather than providing formal office titles; we used names only where the transcript gave them and used functional role labels (e.g., Chair, Committee member) elsewhere. We flagged a minor item to confirm whether "Joanne" is the town clerk in official records; the article does not assert that title because it was not explicitly stated in the transcript.

All items above were resolved by editing article text to (a) quote the transcript verbatim when names or figures are provided, (b) avoid inventing corrected spellings or roles, and (c) add a short note requesting clerical confirmation where the record showed inconsistent spellings.
