Council approves CDL raise, signature-card change and routine permits and payments

Council approved a special designated liquor license for Main Street Alley for Sept. 27, 2025, and recorded building permits for Marvin Jensen (moving a house) and The Crafted Cup (coffee trailer and outbuilding).
