Township Manager Anthony Hamaday briefed the Board on items expected on the June 11 business meeting agenda. The Montgomery County Department of Health will present on a proposed mental health facility; staff will also present the Walker Field Tennis Court project and two proclamations — one honoring a resident's 100th birthday and another observing Juneteenth.
Hamaday also noted several consent agenda items: invoices for the Moore Road multimodal trail, an extension of time request from Innovation MLP Ventures Group, LLC, a resolution to dispose of township records, an escrow release for 555 Flinthill, LLC, and routine account payables and payroll. Solicitor John Walko asked to meet with the Board after the workshop to discuss a Conditional Use matter for Arden Road. No votes were taken on these items at the workshop; presentations were scheduled for the business meeting.
