The board set a compliance verification deadline of March 12, 2025 for completion of an approved mitigation planting plan. The motion to assess fines was moved by Ms. Richards and seconded by Mr. Van Valkenburgh; the board approved the action by a 4–1 vote with Mr. Michel dissenting.
