Chair Finch opened the Feb. 24 hearing by noting that it would be the last Code Enforcement Board meeting for the Town of Ponce Inlet and thanked board members for their service.
Code Compliance Manager Mr. Hooker echoed the appreciation, saying it had been a privilege to work with the board over the last eleven years and encouraged members to consider vacancies on other town boards. Attorney Smith and staff were also thanked by members during the closing remarks. The board adjourned at 10:08 a.m.; the next scheduled hearing date was listed as March 24, 2025.
