The bid had been advertised in the Fort Myers News-Press and distributed to vendors on the district's list, but with only one responsive bidder staff will review options, including negotiation, with Barron attorneys and the district's counsel.
Kennington-Korf told the Board additional information will be provided at the next meeting after legal review. The Board did not take a final procurement action at the March 13 meeting but logged the item for further consideration.
