At its March 13 meeting the Port LaBelle CDD Board approved a consent agenda that covered verification of meeting notice, approval of the January 15, 2025 minutes, an update to the district Safety Manual and approval of professional services agreements for accounting, actuarial services, ADA compliance, the district attorney, auditor, engineering, e-mail and website hosting, insurance and MIS/IT support. Chairman Jason Martinez moved the consent agenda and Supervisor Nancy Imhoff seconded; the motion was recorded as resolved and approved.
The consent agenda was presented as a single package for streamlined action. No individual consent item was pulled for separate discussion in the minutes. Staff will proceed under the authorized agreements and publish contract summaries as required by district procedures.
