Pixley PUD monitors three county road projects; utility and reimbursement agreements pending

County staff presented three roadway projects that will involve Pixley PUD infrastructure on Court Street and two segments of Terra Bella Avenue. District Engineer Maija Madec reviewed projected counts of water valves and sewer manholes and estimated a $63,350 cost for one Court Street segment; staff said the Court Avenue reimbursement agreement remains pending and the County is processing a Utility Agreement for one Terra Bella project with Caltrans.
Office Manager Amanda Rodari reported she had followed up with County contacts and was awaiting invoices and scheduling information; staff noted the first payment for one Terra Bella segment is due June 30. The board received the update and directed staff to continue coordination with the County and Caltrans to finalize utility agreements and reimbursement schedules.
