Pixley PUD approves renewed will‑serve letters for Bradbury ADU and Terra Bella subdivision

The Pixley Public Utility District board voted unanimously on June 8, 2026, to renew Conditional Will‑Serve letters for two local properties seeking additional water and sewer service. The renewals cover an accessory dwelling unit at 656 West Bradbury and service to two additional parcels proposed at 426 West Terra Bella.

District Engineer Maija Madec told the board the May 2025 Conditional Will‑Serve letter for the 656 West Bradbury ADU had expired and the owner requested an extension; the board approved the renewed letter on a motion by Board Member Matthew Martinez, seconded by Ramon Cisneros. For 426 West Terra Bella, Maija said the property is planned to be subdivided into three parcels and the existing May 2025 Conditional Will‑Serve had likewise expired; Vice President David Terrel recused himself and left the dais for that item. The board approved the renewed Will‑Serve letter on a motion by Ramon Cisneros, seconded by Matthew Martinez, with the meeting record noting "3 - O’s 1 – Absent, and 1 – Recused."

These actions permit the district to provide additional service connections once the property owners complete required steps under their renewed Will‑Serve letters. The approvals were recorded as motions and will be reflected in the district’s permit records; staff indicated the renewed letters are conditional and tied to completion of required connections and applicable fees.
