During the executive reports portion of the meeting, the council received several staff and commission updates. The Water Agent/Water Advisory Committee (John Groo and Sarah Stock) provided minutes and said updates to the Water Ordinance and Water User Agreement are coming soon and that the July meeting is cancelled. D. Honer provided the Road Department report; Deb Testa provided Planning & Land Use Commission minutes; Ed Weeks presented the EMS report.
Colleen Thompson presented an Information Technology hardware proposal for computer and server upgrades planned for FY2027. CM Gibson noted that information on a low-income program from Utah Renewable Communities will be released soon. Separately, Buck announced a groundskeeper has been hired and will start next week; no motions or budget allocations for these items are recorded in the transcript.
