After Assistant Deputy Clerk Stewart administered oaths of office to newly seated members, Ms. Cannon moved to nominate Mr. Finch for chair; the motion was seconded by Ms. Richards and passed by unanimous vote. Ms. Richards then moved to nominate Ms. Cannon for vice‑chair; Mr. Finch seconded the nomination and the board approved it 5‑0.
