Resident warns council about parked vehicle creating safety hazard on Pine Street

The resident described a Suburban parked with its front end protruding into pavement at the corner of 4th and Pine that forces large vehicles to swing into the travel lane, creating a near-miss when a tractor‑trailer passed.
"I almost got clipped from the car not paying attention because the tractor trailer was trying to go around his Suburban," the resident said. Council thanked the speaker and said staff would follow up to contact the vehicle owner and address the hazard before heavy winter snow arrives.
