Board members discussed logistics including maintenance responsibilities, possible relocation of the existing coquina headstone that identifies the park, and signage options, including potential signage on I-95 to inform motorists of the site. Ms. Bell moved to recommend Council acceptance of the plan’s “Major Components”; the motion passed by consensus, 5-0. The board’s recommendation will be transmitted to the Town Council for final action.
