Chair Mike DeSocio called the Brookline Selectboard special meeting to order at 2:00 PM on March 30, 2026, and the board proceeded to open bids for Ellen Ware Road and Hill/Kirsch Road. No public comment was received during the scheduled public-comment periods, and the board postponed review of draft minutes until the regular April 1 meeting.
After the bid openings, Mike DeSocio moved to adjourn the meeting and the minutes record that the meeting was adjourned at 2:20 PM. The board did not take award decisions at this session; E. Mark Bills noted that Everett Hammond of Hammond Engineering will prepare detailed reviews and summaries so the Selectboard can act on April 1, 2026.
