The Committee member who presented the list noted several applications were submitted less than 30 days before the event.
The Chair moved to approve all the submitted assemblage permits "with the understanding that in the future they need to get [them] in 30 days ahead of time." The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Board members said the partnership "typically play by the rules" but that staff should remind organizers to file earlier so the town can provide appropriate support and notifications.
